Let’s be honest—wellness doesn’t have to be so serious.

I’m Savannah—fitness coach, wellness mentor, wife, mama of two, and someone who believes that sweat, sarcasm, and a little bit of structure can change your life.

For over 13 years, I’ve been teaching group fitness classes that push people to their edge—in a good way. I’ve coached hundreds of clients through workouts, life shifts, and complete wellness resets. But what lights me up most? Helping people realize they’re stronger than they thought—physically, emotionally, and everything in between.

I believe in the power of hard work, loyalty, and doing things the right way (even if it’s not the easy way). I’m not into quick fixes or copy-paste meal plans. I’m into building strength—real strength—that shows up in your body, your habits, your self-talk, and your relationships.

I love adventure, the outdoors, belly laughs, and late-night kitchen dance parties. I’m equal parts coach and cheerleader. I will challenge you, support you, and call you forward in a way that feels both real and kind.

This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up. With grit, with grace, and with a little humor when things get messy.
