Baked Parmesan Chicken
I’m all about the easy-squeezy, lemon-peasy life when the days are full and the nights are louder than my patience. Do I occasionally attempt a Pinterest-level meal that claims one hour and humbles me for three? Absolutely. But this recipe? She’s not that girl.
Are you ready for this? I honestly do not think you are:
Grab some chicken: however many breasts you can handle
Salt, pepper, garlic powder those bad girls
Cook on a sheet pan at 425 degrees for 15 minutes
Top with marinara, as much cottage cheese as that little bitty can handle, and add grated cheese of your choice
Broil 5–10 minutes until the cheese is toasty and VOILA. Donesky.
